This Represents A Clear And Present Danger To Our Democracy

When nature, humans and history randomly created all of the problems we face today, they didn’t conspiratorially collude to arrange the solutions to magically appear on only the right side or the left side of modern political theory, or at any other particular point inside it, or outside of it.

Honest, unbiased analysis of experience reveals what is the best solution for any particular issue, and true solutions so-derived pay no penance to where they might happen to be assigned on any arbitrarily-constructed spectrum.

People who believe that rigidly adhering to only one particular point on said spectrum can do anything but divide them forever from large swathes of essential solutions — that would, by ordinary chance, happen to appear more frequently anywhere other than where they seek them — are grossly negligent with regard to this obvious and unavoidable fact.

Any such persons therefore — a group which includes most, if not all politicians — are not sufficiently qualified to hold public office, by proxy of their misguided servitude to a narrow ideology that permanently blocks them from availing themselves of the bulk of potential remedies to the many problems they are tasked to solve on our behalf.

The existing political system, built around such a fundamentally flawed core, can do nothing but what it has done so far; repeatedly fail.

Politics consisting of a left and right divide built upon exclusionary adherence to a set of arbitrarily-constrained principles is in itself a permanent obstacle to the implementation of successful governance.

This represents a clear and present danger to our democracy.
